MBB Recruitment in Dubai for post MBA roles

Hope you are all doing great. Just wanted to check with the community here whether the MBB and other consulting firms are still recruiting for post MBA roles in Dubai or not?

Hi there,

A candidate of mine just had a McKinsey Dubai interview last week. So yes, they are still recruting though at a much lower volume than before.

yes, recruiting in Dubai, while more selectively than in the past 2 years, is still happening.

Note that recruiting of these firms will focus mostly on 2024 start dates already.

My understanding is that they are still generally recruiting. This does depend on the exact firm + office + role though. It is also a constantly evolving situation.

Keep networking and keep speaking with people to see when/if roles open.
