Technically I'm not a specialist here, but I am happy to help. I've built procurement IT systems (military acquisition) and have coached people in procurement.
You might be able to find a true specialist coach, but, if not, feel free to reach out as I have procurement cases and can support!
Looks like there are some good coaches with experience in the field and with specific cases. I think what you are asking for makes complete sense.
I would just highlight that there is a bit of a technical aspect to that interview, meaning that on top of that you should extensively research on how to optimize procurement and procurement functions - this is a key part of your preparation (which you should then complement with a dedicated coaching session).

you should familiarize yourself with the different levers to optimize procurement operations to use as a general tool kit for the cases you may encounter. So whatever you can read up on the functional area (e.g. best practices, trends) will be helpful. It makes sense to find a coach with a strong expertise in procurement to get additional pointers or example cases.
