• L.E.K. has a slight functional focus on corporate strategy, M&A and operations even thoug they still provide all types of services. Industry-wise, the company seems to cover all industries yet with different regional focus (e.g. Western Europe seems to heavily focus on the private equity, healthcare and financial service industries). • Related to L.E.K.'s corporate culture, from the experience of my personal network, L.E.K. is known to have a very down-to-earth, approachable culture and they seem to heavily stress personal fit during the recruiting process, a fact that may come from its origin of Bain & Company.
