How is keystone Strategy as a firm?

1. Are promotions, levels, and salaries mostly similar to MBB?

There seem to be a lot of ex MBB alum there.

2. What kind of exits into the tech industty can I expect from their SF office?

Unfortunaly, I don´t know them.

However, when that happens -its a classic, also fro startups, etc.-, you can do two things:

Glassdoor opinions -mostly on the process-
Linkedin, to research more the people, exits, etc.
