Hi there,

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your questions:

  • While I have never helped a coachee get an offer at Keystone, I would highly advise you to get in touch with the recruiter and current consultants and talk to them about their experience both during the application process and at the firm. This will not only give you a better idea of the application process, but also whether or not you actually want to apply and work at that firm.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

I believe I might've had a candidate who also applied to them but I don't remember the situation specifically.

I'd recommend you do 2 things though

1. Reach out to the recruiter and get a sense of the application process and what role is most suitable for you.

2. Speak with an existing consultant who is at the level of seniority that you are targeting. Try to understand from them how they are finding the firm and how they prepared for the interview (what they felt made them successful in the process).

Best,
Cristian
