If someone is not able to get a referral, are there any chances to get an internship interview call?

Hi, not a simple answer to that as there are many individual cases. However, there are some key requirements that are important to us, independently from your study background:
- You have a top-grade university degree
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial consulting and project management experience
- You are fluent in English and (willing to learn) German
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You want to make a difference and have an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
