Hello, Curious to know if the graduate programs ( with a fixed term of contract) of Mckinsey are intersting ? Have anyone experienced this?

Hi,

There are both pros and cons.

Pros:

  • You get the great technical skills (data analysis, Excel, etc)
  • You get a great network in a company increasing your chances to get into
  • Your salary will be similar to an analyst since you work long hours and you are paid per hour

Cons

  • You have no spare time to prepare for a case interview. I know so many people who didn't manage to get in for that reason
  • Bad feedback will minimize your chances to get in full-time
