Hi, i see that in exhibit 2, calls&directions from website clicks are 1k coming from a total click of 40k. When calculating the total sales for online you include that 1k in the final click number 40+5k. But it actually goes to the retail click number. Shouldn’t we substract 1k from 40k and find the total clicks for online as 39k+5k=44k ¿ thank you.

Hey, Thanks for raising and this is the slight trick/ambiguity I have introduced in the case.

  • The conversion rate already takes care of how many people actually make on-site purchase. So, total of 45k people landed on Full Bloom's site and 15% made an online purchase
  • Total 45k landed on the site and 1k also clicked on "Get Directions & Phone Calls". Of these 70% ended up in the store

As long as the candidate makes clear assumption, both calculations should be accepted- 44k and 45k.

Hope this makes sense? Please send me a direct message if you wish to chat further.
