I am not aware of a list but would recommend you use ChatGPT or Perplexity for your research, or old-school simply google the name of the company (look at the main players in the UK) and add "in-house consulting" in your search.

Most tech companies (startups or big techs) have this role. However, it usually has a different name. I have worked and still work as one and the job titles I have had and have seen are: business analyst, product operations manager, strategy expert/analyst, business development analyst/expert/manager and business architect. Search for those on Google and check the description as it may vary by company to see if it is indeed an internal consulting job. Some of the actions that encompasses these roles: conducting business analysis, strategy planning / prioritization, strategy execution, problem solving, managing stakeholders in a complex environment (complex project or multiple stakeholders at once), creating c-suite level presentations, among others.
