Hi all,

I was under the impression that Bain hired year round for FT positions, but have noticed an October 21 deadline for 2022 ACs in London.

I am several months in at a different consultancy and considering applying to start in late 2022 - however would look more time to prep for interviews again as these would be held in Nov/Dec.

Will I miss my chance if I don't apply now for this cycle?

Thanks!

Hi!

How many recruiting cycles does Bain have during the year? If this is the only one for 2022 I'd go for it. Otherwise, you might wait until the next one.

You can contact HR to know more about this and explain your situation. I'm sure they'll be able to clarify your doubts.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Anto

That's the deadline for university recruiting.

Don't worry, you are an experienced hire and should be able to recruit all year round.

Hi there,

For the AC position this actually does make sense (as companies recruit in the fall for when the candidates graduate in May the next year).

You need to check with HR - reach out to them and find out what the process is for experienced hires (i.e. not recruiting through the school process).

Typically experienced-hire recruiting is always going on all year-round. The deadlines you are referring to might be some some specific schools for campus placement season. You should go ahead and try to secure a referral and then apply.
