Do however proactively reach out to them so they replace the file with the correct one.
These things happen. Nobody is going to punish you for it.

Hi there,
should not be a problem, don't worry. Think about it - HR teams are not hired to reject candidates, but to hire the best candidates. They'll not reject you for small formalities - that's a a myth.
Suggest you reach out to HR, explain the issue and attach corrected version. That should suffice.

- While it certainly is not a sign of diligence to send a corrupted file, I feel you are overestimating the malignancy of recruiting teams in strategy consulting. Chances are very low that this will actually have any effect on your application as long as you fix it.
- As such, I would highly advise you to reach out to the recruiting team, send the new file (please double-check this time), and explain the situation.
