I hold two types of sessions:
- Preparation for interview day (either first or decision round)
- How to excel during your first two years in the job (build path to Partnership)
For "preparation for interview day" sessions, before our session together we will discuss and align on:
- Where you are at with your preparation
- What firms you are applying
- What are the areas where you'd like to develop most
- What type of case you would like to practice
During our session we will:
- Perform a full interview (fit and case)
- Go through the scoring criteria and your performance against them
- Discuss your areas for development and suggestions on how to improve in them
As sessions tend to run longer than one hour, for the first session please ensure to have up to two hours free (but you still pay just for one session), for the following 90 minutes suffice.
For "how to excel your first two years in the job" sessions, before our session together we will discuss and align on:
- Which firm and office you got an offer into
- What are your perceived areas of excellence and areas for development
In our session together we will:
- Review firm and office culture
- Discuss what are the key things to do in firs week, month and case
