With over 6 years of experience in M&A, Strategy, Corporate Development and Transaction Advisory at Big 4s like EY & KPMG, I have been involved in 40+ private equity and strategic deals, while advising my clients on deal negotiations and valuation for targets in sectors ranging across consumer products, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology - edtech & fintech.
