My experience in career counseling/case interview preparation taught me that the learning process should be adjusted to the candidate’s background, because your education and work experience determine your strong sides and need for improvement. As you know, interviewers target your weak sides during interviews. To succeed, the candidate should take that into account during the preparation. Therefore, I adopt the case interview for each candidate in order to push him or her as far as possible out of the comfort zone. I offer two types of interviews: case interview training and Mck interview simulation. Case interview training: • The case is adapted to consulting firm applied, candidate’s needs and background • Each case is accessed on 4 dimensions: case structure, hypothesis generation, creativity and math skills • The written feedback is provided after the case with the marks Mck interview simulation: • The interview is 50 min and consists of 3 parts: CV questions, Fit questions and interviewee led case • The detailed written feedback is provided after the case Before the meeting: Please send me the CV and targeted firms. If I find that the profile matches targeted firms, we arrange the meeting (I am sorry, I just do not want you to spend money if your chances are not that high).
