An ex-McKinsey Engagement Manager, with extensive and recent experience recruiting for the Firm's offices in London, Ireland and Tel Aviv.

I take a holisitc approach to coaching, helping candidates improve on all aspects of their toolkit. I would spend some time really understanding what each candidate needs and tailoring the approach based on their development areas.

I was heavily involved in McKinsey's recruitment efforts and served as a case coach and interviewer. I really enjoy seeing candidates become more confident in themselves and start to nail these interviews.
