Hello, I'm Diana, a former associate at McKinsey's New York office. I left the firm for a corporate strategy role just before I got married to enjoy a work-life harmony. I love to coach and help people achieve their dreams. I have worked with candidates of various backgrounds with a specialty on candidates from non-traditional backgrounds, non-target schools or candidates who are new to the US. I have found my background helpful in navigating the nuances of adapting to a new, unfamiliar environment, e.g. mastering the lingo, deciphering sub-text and presenting in the most effective way.

Prior to McKinsey I completed by MBA at Columbia and before that I worked in consulting roles at Barclays and CrossBoundary in South Africa. I have navigated the competitive environment of McKinsey, having been a case coach and interviewer at McKinsey and at CrossBoundary. I worked with 100+ candidates who have gotten into McKinsey, Deloitte, BCG, Bain, Alvarez & Marsal and various boutique consulting firms. I have coached candidates for college and MBA internships and full time roles (experienced hires or post-MBA). I have also coached several candidates on getting into the top MBA programs in the world.
