All cases will be based upon my experience with MBB coaching, both in terms of interviews that I've had and those of colleagues/friends.
Can be adjusted per requirements of interveiwee (incl., disposition and firm applying for), but I'd suggest:
- Very direct feedback
- If necessary (for beginners) – Guided for the first 5-10 minutes with what I'd prefer to see (to save easy-mistakes), 5 minutes on case & 5 minutes on PEI
- 20-30 minutes on a case, with the case shared afterward and an immediate 5 minutes of structured feedback (to be shared in written form after the call)
- 20-30 minutes on a PEI, with structured feedback given (to be shared in written form after the call)
