My main focus is on management consulting & corporate strategy roles, specifically tailored to the MBB recruitment process.
My coaching approach is to first understand a candidate's current level and their recruitment timeline and then guide them in the most effective way to succeed. I make sure to use McKinsey's assessment framework to help candidates bridge any areas of development while making sure to bring their strengths forward.

1. CV preparation: Help sharpen your CV based on MBB evaluation framework, to ensure shortlist.
2. Networking & application: Guidance on office selection, and how to get in front of the recruiters of the relevant office. I can also guide on how to orchestrate referrals at MBB+.
3. Personal Experience Interview (PEI): Guidance on frameworks and communication approach for experience interviews based on assessment framework of MBB.
4. Case interview: Structured case interview coaching based on candidates strengths and areas of development, across the case interview components of structuring, analytical and conceptual problem solving, and top-down communication. I usually guide candidates to practice with a variety of people and on a variety of topics to build their casing muscle.
