Who am I?
I am an ex-Mckinsey consultant with significant experience in private equity, operations and strategy.
I have successfully gone through the McKinsey recruitment process and coached several candidates into consulting firms. I have also helped set-up High Bridge Management Academy, the largest bootcamp for the consulting profession.
My Approach
I take a deeply personal approach to coaching going into the detail for the largest challenges of each mentee. My recommended structure is normally the following:
- First general call and case interviewing going over a large selection of case questions
- Follow-ups with targetted drills for identified weaknesses specific to the individual
- Supporting material always provided including structured recommendations of preparation methods and a personal development plan when agreeing on multiple sessions
I'm always open to making a more flexible approach for more experienced candidates that only require targetted support.
