Being myself an interviewer at Tier2 strategy firm, who interviewed also with MBBs and other strategy boutiques, I designed my personalized path to reach the optimal preparation to crack the case.

- Second opinion on CVs and Cover letters
How 1h hour with me looks like:
1st hour together:
- Diagnostic of your case (e.g., already got the interview vs preparing to get the interview, experienced vs student, …)
- Quick assessment: 1st 30-45 minutes case interview together (candidate-led, interviewer-led, …) to evaluate your starting point (e.g., case interviews beginner vs intermediate vs advanced)
- Co-design of your preparation roadmap, to achieve your peculiar goals
- Definition of immediate next steps (depending on your willingness to proceed with another 1 hour together
Following 1h sessions:
- 30-45 minutes case (chosen by you/ me depending on your preferences)
- 1 brainteaser
- Wrap-up, rating of your performance and structured feedback (leveraging drivers used by main Tier1 and Tier 2 strategy firms)
My personal opinion: you need to practice around 25 one-to-one interviews (not necessarily with me, also with your peers, friends, other consultants is fine) to be ready to potentially crack the case with MBB, few less with Tier2 strategy firms. Ensure to be challenged appropriately by them. I will do it for sure, that is the real value for money behind my coaching approach.
