Structure of your Coaching Session:
[Personal Fit] | 10 Minutes
We will simulate a classic personal fit interview. Therefore, please submit your CV before the session. I will ask personal questions, career plans and upon request challenge your personal impact stories (McKinsey Style).
[Case] | 35 Minutes
I will pick out a case from my personal collection. Please provide some information beforehand if you have a specific focus. If not, I will choose a case with quantitative and qualitative elements including structuring, maths, and brainstorming elements.
[Feedback] | 10 Minutes
After your session I will provide you with a written Feedback summarizing your most important areas of work. Within the 10 minutes I will give you a detailed explanation on all your improvements and give a structured approach on what to focus on next. Furthermore, I will let you know where to find these additional resources.
[Q&A] | 5 Minutes
Time for your questions! Is there anything you need help with? Career Advice? Or would you like to get some more insights on what your overall practice strategy should be?
