MY INTERVIEW PREPARATION FORMAT
Nailing the case is not about learning frameworks, let alone hundreds of them. In fact that’s a sure route to failure – it’s all too easy to try to fit the case to the framework which rarely works.
I’ve prepped hundreds of people and will work with you to help you to think creatively through the problem you’ve been given and have the confidence to share it with your interviewer. We can go through official McKinsey cases; or if there is a particular area that you’re trying to work on then we can work on those skills specifically. I will teach you to solve any type of problem.
I know how stressful preparing for the case interviews can be and am very honest but very kind in my approach. I’ll work with you to build on your strengths to create your ‘spikes’ and help you to get your weaker areas to a ‘hygiene’ level. I almost failed my round one interview as my maths was so weak – so anyone who is numbers anxious I can help you too!
Remember, it's not all about the case. The personal experience interview (PEI) is equally as important. I can help you to practice for any question that's given to you and tell your stories clearly, succinctly and convincingly.

I can also conduct a resume review. I will review your resume for its structure and clarity; provide feedback on how to strengthen your experience; and ensure that it is reflecting the qualities that MBB are looking for.

When I got my MBA at Stanford I specialised in coaching and spent my second year working with 5 people on whatever came up for them in that week. Everything from mindsets that they were trying to shift, to personal challenges that they were trying to overcome, to planning their future career.
I can help you to understand what is happening for you right now, what you want and how to bridge that gap. Whether that's you trying to figure out what makes you thrive at work and what career you want (whether that's consulting or not!); how you are showing up in your work and how you can change this to get the outcomes that you want; or how to regain the balance that you need to live a happy life (we all know that this can be a challenge in consulting!).
