Work With a Coach and Get a Kickstart for Your Career in Consulting!

I have probably worked with a handful (more than 10) of coaches from this platform - and I wholeheartedly say that Andrea was far better than some coaches charging $$$$ per hour. Here's the summary of my experience: Actionable advice - no bullshit ... Andrea helped me master structuring where I was confident enough to build and communicate everything. She didn't give up when things didn't work in the first few attempts. It was never, try it a few times and you will get the hang of it, but she actively tried to find ways to help me. I remember struggling to communicate concisely, and Andrea offered a suggestion - "why don't you summarise with one-word opening so your interviewer will be aligned on what you are going to talk about" This was a game changer for me. Andrea meticulously followed up with email summaries after every session, a good reminder and resource for me to look back on when going through actual interviews. I loved her openness, direct feedback and no-bullshit type of coaching. If you have a problem - let's look at how we can fix it! She also told me - that additional coaching wouldn't help, and all I needed was to calm my nerves and focus on the interviews. For someone who has nothing to lose from giving me an additional coaching session - she was sincere and didn't want me to spend extra $! With her help, I have received an offer from Kearney and awaiting (a positive response) from Bain. These were the only two firms I have interviewed with so far!

Excellent coach! Helps you zero in on your weaknesses and rigorously practice to improve. What stands out for me was not the fact that Andrea wad able to point out weaknesses but she also offered practical solutions. My structuring, for example, improved massively just because of her!
