- Extremely detailed feedback: Every feedback has to be fact based and actionable. That is why I will gather as many data points as possible during our interview to highlight not only your mistakes, but also things that you did well and need to be aware of so you can do it even more. For each situation I will tell you what I would expect from a successful candidate
- Focus on real development: Knowing frameworks is a great way to wrap you head around a problem quicker! However what makes great consultants so good at solving problems is the capacity to quickly pick the right pieces and build a very tailored framework for each specific situation. I will try my best to show you how you can create your own frameworks in a logical and simple manner
- Thorough approach: Recruiters at MBBs are always reinforcing to interviewers how important are the other aspects beyond the case interview. In theory the case interview should be only half (in theory). That is besides helping you to crack the case, I will try to give you feedback on all boxes the interviewer are looking to tick while interviewing you (it goes way beyond Problem Solving)
