- Associate Consultant at zeb in Milan, working mainly on strategic projects with clients in the Banking and Insurance industries
- Summer Analyst in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs in London
- MSc Finance and BSc Economics and Finance graduate summa cum laude from Bocconi University in Milan, with an exchange semester at the University of St. Gallen
- Offered CV coaching and Consulting/ Financial Services interview coaching to more than 10 university students throughout my graduate studies
APPROACH
My approach is based on coaching the candidate on three areas, depending on the individual needs:
- CV coaching
- Fit interview coaching
- Case interview coaching
Sessions will last 1 hour and may include all of the above or only the case interview part, depending on the candidate's requests. Case interviews will be mostly based on my actual project/ interview experience and on business school case books if needed (e.g. in cases where I do not have any specific expertise relative to a certain industry/ topic).
As somebody who has interviewed with most top Consulting and Financial Services companies, my main focus will be on correcting the candidates' methodological flaws and, if needed, helping them understand the right career path and/ or work environment for them. I will never focus on super complex calculations and impossible brain teasers, instead, I will support the candidate in finding the approach that works best for him/ her and is consistently replicable across multiple interviews/ firms.
