I have been working in consulting for nearly three years. I have experience in the recruiting process since I participated in multiple internal recruiting events. I also helped a number of candidates preparing for case interviews. All of them received offers from MBB, L.E.K. and other firms and I'm proud to call a couple of them colleagues now.
My approach
- Focus on analytics (framework, structure, math, brainstorming) and case solving
- Provide detailed and actionable feedback with concrete steps on how to improve your performance). This is an integral part of my work, where we can dive deep into detail on specific parts of your interview and provide you opportunities to improve desired skills
- Practice a variety of case studies based on the firm you are planning to apply to (e.g., market sizing, profitability-related cases, growth strategy, etc.) with different formats (interviewer led, interviewee led)
- Learn how to approach Motivation / Competency interviews and understand what interviewers are looking for
I also have extensive experience in CV writing having helped people write their CV at University and having screened CVs in my experience in consulting. For CV/Resume writing, I ask that you send me your CV before the meeting, I will review it and then provide structured feedback during the session
