Additionally, an internal initiative has recently been launched to further strengthen networking and support among women within tkMC, with the first dedicated women’s event taking place soon.

Furthermore, everyone at tkMC has a dedicated Career Development Advisor who helps you to plan your career progression and learning opportunities. In addition, you can always seek out other mentors as needed to further support your career advancement and professional journey.
