I'm currently working as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture Strategy & Consulting (India) with nearly 3 years of experience in digital transformation and technology consulting.
I want to transition to MBB, preferably into strategy consulting, but I'm not sure which roles I should be targeting with my background.
I've also applied directly to MBB roles before but haven't received any interview calls.
I'd appreciate any advice on:
- Which roles should I target?
- Should I focus on generalist or digital/technology consulting roles?
- What's the best way to get interviews? Are referrals essential?
- How should I prepare for the interview process?
I'd love to hear from anyone who has made a similar transition.
