Transfer to different office after offer

Hi! If you want to join in another country, you would most probably need to interview again. Depending on the supply/demand situation of your target office, you might just have to go through a "light" process (e.g., just one partner interview) or the entire process with several rounds etc.

There are lot's of factors influencing that:

• Location (same region / different)
• Work permit in that country
• Language
• Local demand for resources in each country

You can only check it with HR.

You can, but it's not viewed positively and can be a bit risky. They may not need people in the other office, for example. That being said, I know people who have done it - the level of additional interviewing varied.

To echo others' statements, you do need to have a solid justification for the ask.

You may try, but you have to remember that different offices may have different availability of spots. Also that might mean that you have to make th interview process again. You may pass it and may not. 

So I would rather assess you own risk on that.
