I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

First of all, I would strongly advise you to reach out to current or former consultants, as well as the recruiter, to find out for certain. Unfortunately, as Transcent seems to be a boutique consulting firm, it is unlikely that any coach will have any useful insights apart from hearsay and generic information.
Moreover, career progression obviously depends on your individual performance, even if there may be general tenures per role.

Hey there :)

Trascent is quite niche, mainly focused on corporate real estate and workplace strategy consulting. Because of that specialization, the culture tends to be more tight-knit and expert-driven compared to broader firms. The pace can still be demanding, especially on global projects, but it’s not as intense as MBB.

Career progression is a bit flatter and more expertise-based rather than the up-or-out model. If you're passionate about CRE or want depth in that space, it can be a solid platform. But for broader consulting exposure or exits, it might be more limited.
