On prep: these interviews are not as case-heavy as MBB. Behavioural questions matter more here. Have strong examples ready around teamwork, handling pressure, and delivering on projects. Also expect online numerical and verbal tests. Practice those specifically because the format catches people out more than the actual difficulty.
