Husband in McKinsey , wife in Bain in Asia Pacific geography.
Is it allowed? Anything needed to be disclosed to HR?
Is there any NDA specific to this context?

Yes, this is allowed! After all, it’s no more problematic than both working at the same MBB but serving competing clients.
This is really quite common and I have seen this kind of mix in various setups, including a shared apartment between friends from Bain, BCG, McKinsey, and AT Kearney.
Sounds like a real power couple - go for it!
No, not an issue. Happens quite often. Just keep the non-disclosure that you would have to keep anyway.
Hello!
I had the same McK-Bain situation, and in the same small country!
Not problem at all, is rather usual.
Be ready for the mr-mrs Smith jokes tough.
Hope it helps!
Cheers,
Clara
Hi there,
as Pedro says, this happens quite often, not an issue. Just common sense applies here :-)

Nope, this is fine. Both are bound by professional conduct and confidentiality agreements. So, please respect that. Rest should be no problem.
Hi there,
Yes, it's totally allowed!
The same NDA rules you're already held to apply…that is, you are not to disclose/divulge any sensitive company/project information.
It's definitely allowed but it needs to be disclosed in advance. Confidentiality is usually covered by the NDA in your employment contract. In rare cases, there may be additional measures to avoid conflicts of interest - e.g., you happen to be working on different sides of a merger, etc.
Hey there,
No issue at all and quite common. :-)
Cheers,
Florian
Yep won't be an issue :)
In McKinsey I had many colleagues whose partner/spouse work for BCG and Bain.
Hi there,
Congratulations on the offers!
This is not an issue. You just have to keep the usual confidentiality standards.
All the best for your careers!
Francesco
Nothing required at all just follow the firm protocols when discussing anything remotely work related.
