Right timing to apply (end of year)

Dear community,

I'm wondering whether or not it's a good idea to apply to MBB in December. Indeed, I fear to "be forgotten" at the beginning of next year, and I heard that some firms could only accept a fixed number of candidates per year so applying in January might sometimes be a better option.

Is it true? Or can I apply next week as if we were in the middle of the year?

Thanks a lot, I already wish you all happy new year!

A.

Hi,

No one is forgotten since each application is a line in CRM. You should apply whenever you are ready or when there is an application window (For grads, MBAs). If you apply in December - most probably they will invite you for the interviews in Jan

I don't think it matters at all. You shouldn't overthink it, apply when you think you are ready!
