Hi there,
No coaches should be offering referrals as part of their services.
Referrals come from contacts you've made who think you'd be a good fit for the company! they're not products to be sold.
That being said, most coaches (including myself) provide coaching in regards to how to obtain referrals, network, interview succesfully etc.

Ian has the absolute correct answer here. Coaches should not be providing referrals that has to come from your own network for it to be meaningful and helpful to land a job.
A lot of us here have the experience to tell you how to leverage your network to obtain a referral and would be more than happy to help

I have quite a few candidates who got offers in the Uk, so happy to put you in touch with them.
But honestly, once you know how referrals work, it's not that hard to get them. You can actually take it as a challenge and skill that you can build.
