For the ZS Round 1 structured case, could you share a little more about what the interviewers will be evaluating? I understand that I should walk the interviewer through my thought process, interpret charts and data quickly, identify key insights, and tie my recommendations back to the data presented.
Is the format similar to a traditional MBB-style case interview, where candidates are expected to structure the problem, perform quantitative analysis, develop insights, and provide a final recommendation, or is the ZS structured case more focused on interpreting the exhibits and answering a predefined series of questions?
Also, since I’m interviewing for the Life Sciences Commercial Strategy Consultant role in San Francisco, should I expect the case to focus on life sciences/commercial strategy, or could it cover a business problem from any industry?
