Hi All
I have recently signed contract with one of the MBB as an experienced hire, my starting date will be on early july. Recently one of the other MBB contact me and after found out i have signed an offer for the competitor, they offer me if i want to have one session interview and then directly into offer with possibly higher started comp.
I understand that the signed offer have no legal binding, but in terms of ethic and possibly future potential to switch company, i think this basically will burn bridges for me.
What should i do?
1. Follow interview, receive offer, and compare both
2. not attending interview at all. and commit to signed offer.
