Newton Europe Selection Round

Hi there

I'm assuming you mean the Newton Europe Selection Day, as a standard part of their recruiting process? Please clarify, if not.

I'm not overly familiar with Newton Europe, given it's quite niche / boutique, but from what I know it's quite standard assessment centre / Super Day kind of format. Here is the feedback I got from a successful candidate that I previously coached. 

NE Selection Day format:

1. Ice breaker: introduction of an assigned partner to the forum
2. Group exercise: role play where candidate is assigned to a team (with different roles) that collectively is expected to solve an unusual business problem
3. Individual case study: prepare a kick-off meeting / presentation based on a written prompt
4. Numerical reasoning test
5. Mini interview(s): reflections on day's performance + personal fit
