Need help with CV and Cover letter :)

Hi everyone,

I am looking to pivot into strategy consulting from backend consulting and apply internationally. I require assistance in re-designing my CV and customize it to fit various geographical requirements. Can anyone help me with building the CV from a rough draft I have? Was wondering also if you could frame the points and work on the polished version with me.

Happy to help! The key is to make your CV look “consulting ready”: clean one-page format, clear sections (Education, Work Experience, Leadership/Other), and bullet points that highlight impact with numbers. For cover letters, it’s about a tight structure (why consulting, why the firm, why you).

If you already have a draft, best is to start by re-framing your bullets to show problem-solving, analytics, and leadership — that’s what recruiters scan for. Once the structure is set, it’s easy to adjust for different geographies (US prefers a bit more detail, UK/Europe lean concise).
