Hi everyone
Could someone guide me as to what is the difference between a fellow, a business analyst and a junior associate at Mckinsey?
Additionally, what are Stockolm office specific requirements?
Mckinsey Stockholm office

Hello Vinamra! Business Analysts are typically recent undergraduates or Master’s grads with little to no experience; they stay 2–3 years before leaving or pursuing an MBA. Junior Associates join with a Master’s plus 3–5 years of experience, or an advanced degree like a PhD or MD, and are usually promoted to Associate within 1–2 years. Fellows are equivalent to Junior Associates and often have STEM backgrounds. They are a bridge between BAs and Associates. Some offices, like Iberia, use the Junior Associate title, while others in Europe use Fellow for the same level.
I have heard that most client work and office comms in Stockholm are in English, and many consultants work effectively without speaking Swedish. I don’t know of any other specific requirements myself!

Happy to! But, btw, feel free to also ask the recruiter this or as part of your coffee chats with other consultants (which ideally you should be doing in parallel).
Fellows and BA are typically going in at the same seniority. The difference is that as part of the Fellow program, in most geographies, you're expected to go out after 2 years or so and pursue a doctoral degree and then return. For BAs, you're on the regular track of staying and advancing within the firm.
Junior Associate is the intermediary role between BA and Associate. It's rather new and only applies in certain geographies. It's for people who have some work experience (more so than a BA) but not enough for an Associate.
Re Stockholm office - I've coached a few candidates who joined that office and other offices in the Nordics. There are some differences, though not huge ones compared to other European offices. Here, too, I'd recommend you discover these as part of coffee chats. The article below will explain how you can go about these chats:
All the best,
Cristian

You already received some great answers.
I’d thoroughly recommend discussing with a recruiter to better understand which role is the right fit for your profile.
Let me know if you need any help preparing.
