If I were you, I would write a friendly email to the McKinsey recruiting team (the HR contact you have been in touch with to set up the interview) and ask when you can expect to hear back from them. Most candidates hear back within a week after a final interview. If you don't hear back by then, I would recommend reaching out to HR to ask for feedback.
