MBB Switzerland Salary

Hey everyone,

I am currently recruiting for MBB in EMEA, and am in the process with one of the MBBs in Zurich.

Does anybody know what they pay folks with Master degrees, i.e. on Fellow/ Associate/ Associate Consultant level?

Thank you!

Hi there,

You're better off triangulating glassdoor data with accounts from existing consultants. I would encourage you to have a few coffee chats with consultants working in the Swiss offices and ask them indirectly for compensation ranges. That's going to give you a pretty good estimate.

This article should help with sourcing these calls and getting in touch with the consultants:

I would suggest looking at Glassdoor or similar. They’ll have enough of a sample size to give you some reasonably accurate data

Hello there,

Try sites such as Glassdoor, Payscale, Salary.com and forums like Reddit and Quora. If you’re already in the process, you may talk about this with the HR rep as salaries for this level are usually standardized.

Best,
