So I don't know about Milan specifically, but in general the Firms are all excellent and would all be wonderful places to be.
There may be some differences in which industries each one serves in Milan, and it's worth asking the recruitment team for more information on what the industry breakdown is. But broadly while the cultures are a bit different between the firms, they're all great.
Meet some people at each and see who you get on with the best!

I recommend you apply to all of them. The most likely outcome (speaking realistically) is you get 0 or 1 offer. In most cases your decision will be made for you!
If you get 2 or more offers, then you can start thinking about which is “best” ;)
