MBB entry-level salaries in Spain?

How much are MBB paying entry-levels (BA/Associate), base salary and all-in compensation? Does it vary depending on the MBB?

Hi there,

I think this is an interesting question that may be relevant for many people. I would be happy to share my thoughts on it:

  • First of all, while I cannot tell for certain, you can expect base salaries to be around €45,000 to €55,000 and total compensation to be around €55,000 to €65,000, depending on the specific company.
  • While it might be different for entry-level positions in Spain, normally, McKinsey seems to pay slightly less compared to Bain and BCG.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

Hi there!

You're going to find decent numbers on Glassdoor for this.

Realistically, the differences are small between firms. Typically, BCG pays the most as a base, while McKinsey tends to have the bigger bonus. The differences tend to be cancelled out in time with tenure.

Best,
Cristian

Hi there,

My understanding is it's in the 40-60k range, depending on how you count it.
