I am interviewing with Inverto US, a procurement-specialized consulting firm and a BCG Subsidiary. My frameworks, based on past case interviews (e.g., the Vaculuxxe case), are: 1. Demand and specification (volume aggregation, spend analysis, make vs. buy assessment, part standardization); 2. Supplier market and sourcing (external lever) (supplier landscape, bidding, negotiation strategies, global sourcing out to LCC) 3. TCO and Risk (logistics and freight cost, inventory holding cost, switching & implementation risk, retooling cost, and quality defects). Does this framework make sense? Do we have common quantitative questions they would most likely test me on?
Also, regarding the time frame of the case, they said it's going to be a ~25-minute case. Based on that, what else can I infer?
