It seems indeed a problem with the case prompt. In the interviewer’s guide this is not stated anywhere and in the solution session it was assumed as if it was given.

Good job spotting the issue. Unless you are applying for DHL, I would recommend you to focus on other cases that are better rated (>4.5).
