Hi! I’m looking for insights from people who have experience interviewing Summer Associates/Associates for BCG R1 interviews.
What do the two 45-minute interviews typically entail?
I’d especially appreciate insights into the behavioural portion of the interview. What kinds of questions are usually asked, and what should candidates expect? Additionally, what types of cases are typically given in BCG R1?
I’m asking because I went through the McKinsey interview process a few weeks ago which felt relatively structured and predictable, especially the PEI portion, since the questions were shared in advance. BCG’s interview process seems a little more open-ended and unpredictable in comparison.
