I'm considering the MBB Offer Machine program and would love to hear honest, unfiltered reviews from people who have gone through it. Is it actually helpful for breaking into top consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain?
Also,I noticed it's based in Europe. Does anyone know if it's still effective for candidates targeting consulting roles in the United States?

Good answers to this question can be found here. In summary, although the people who lead the program have indeed seniority and knowledge, it may be unnecessary. Your money may be best spend on other less expensive materials such as rocket blocks for math, crafting cases for structuring and coaching sessions with coaches of this platform.
However, if it does cost €3000 per client but their success rate is really high (>90%) AND you feel you are struggling more than other people, it is a good alternative.
To your second question, MBB case interviews are equal in every offices so it’s not a problem if their experience is in Europe.

Try to speak with alumni of the program to get their perspective. I've heard views across the board.
In terms of the EU vs US focus - the format of the interviews is very similar, especially for the big firms, so I wouldn't worry about this as much regardless of who you choose to work with.
