Had final rounds with OW on Friday for the entry level position out of undergrad.
HR said we would hear back by Monday end of day.
But does OW usually extend offers right after the interview?

I actually ended up hearing the day after on a Saturday (no offer). Way it went was people who were extended offers heard like right after the interviews.
Interesting.. my superday was actually on a Saturday and seemed like they had a morning and afternoon group. Idk I guess I'll find out in the next few hours lol. They said we'd hear by EOD Monday

Hi Anonymous,
you may receive an offer right after the interview, however there is no strict rule for this. Successful candidates usually receive the news first.
