Final Round Case at Accenture Strategy - Pharmacy Chain

Hello Experts,

Didn't make my final round despite a nice 60min+ meeting with partner.....could you guide how to approach the case in detail:

A pharmacy chain (like Walgreens) wants to improve the Front Office Sales (FOS) ie, the entire store EXCEPT pharmacy unit. How would you help them?
