Who can become a career coach and make a clear application strategy providing full support?
Being rejected from multiple firms in Middle East during screening. Undecisive between MBA and applying right away. Experienced professional background.

Hi,
If you can share a bit more detail about your situation, I’d be happy to offer my perspective free of charge. I may not be able to provide full coaching support, but I can certainly give you some useful guidance to help you get started.
I have extensive experience with consulting recruiting and also went through the MBA path, so I’m familiar with both options.
Feel free to reach out to me privately if you’d like to discuss it further.
Best,
Franco
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
It depends on what you mean by career coach. If you are looking to decide between MBA and consulting, if you have already gotten a few rejections, then MBA may open new doors for you in consulting and also other areas.
If you are looking for application help, you should look to hire an admission consultant for full support.
Feel free to reach out if any questions.
Thanks

Hi there,
I can help with exactly this. It's the type of situation I work through with candidates regularly.
A bit of context on why I'm relevant: I've coached extensively in the Middle East market, and I've worked through the MBA vs. direct apply decision with many candidates in your exact position. Both paths are viable. Which one is right depends entirely on where you are in your career and what the MBA actually changes for you.
On the screening rejections: something is broken in the application. Resume, cover letter, lack of referral... or some combination. The ME market is hireable. The issue is on your end, and you need to identify what before applying again. Don't try the same approach and expect different results.
On MBA vs. applying directly: I can't give you a real answer without knowing more about your situation. This genuinely needs a conversation, not a forum post.
My suggestion: book a session, share your background and rejection history, and we figure out exactly which path makes sense and what specifically needs to change. That's the only way to get a strategy that actually works.
